DCM - In A Word

It's Rhi who has set this weeks dare, fresh back from her honeymoon.

This week I dare you to use a Word as the main focal point to your card. It can be a name, a greeting or just a word that inspires you. You can use other text but only one word as a main embellishment. So dig out your dictionaries, die cutters, alphabet stamps, rubons or download a funky font and show us what you can do! The design team have come up with some fabulous creations to inpsire you.
Load your card onto your blog, then leave us a comment and we'd love to come and look at your cards. If you dont have a blog you can still join in too, just email a pic to thedaringcardmakers@hotmail.co.uk
Papers are the wonderful DCWV, Once Upon A Time. Image of the girl is one I purchased some time ago. She is below if you want to use her.

Toadstool & Dandelion Clock images scanned from my RSPB magazines. Frog Prince & tiny flying Fairy sourced from the internet (took ages!) Red flowers from an old silk flower arrangement at work, well it had seen better days & got binned! Metal Word, MM. Butterfly from a decoupage sheet. Clock behind the word I can't remember where I got the iage as I have had it many years. I adore timepiece images so much!
My only wish is that I could have found a unicorn in time for this design to stand behind her. I tried a fairy house but I have discovered when collaging, scale is very important & they all were to big or she was!
I hope to find the time to turn this into a canvas I have seen some delightful little ones about 4x6.
I am very happy with this card as it is a dream come true to finally collage images past efforts have looked cluttered & the scale was all wrong leaving me no choice to pull apart & salvage what bits I could & bin the rest!Fairy girl.

Paula another stunner. She is gorgeous and I love the theme. Had a wee giggle about the frog prince as one of my fav sayings was "sometimes you kiss a lot of frogs until you find prince charnming"

Your card is just gorgeous!
You should frame it and hang it in your crafting space.

Love the wee fairy girl, might have to borrow her for a layout if that's ok?
