January Cards

First up is Lisa's card.
I used up some paper coloured
during a different project for the
ridiculously gorgeous Tonic tag.
Which proves you should keep scraps!
For movement & added colour
I created a shaker pocket.
This was made using a glassine bag.
I added two mini Xcut fairies & butterflies
& finished with Altenew stamps.

This next one is a 21st birthday for Caitlin.
I stencilled with texture paste.
Added a doily to give a backdrop for my main feature.
Using a cabinet die, I added patterned paper
with stamping. I covered the piece with
Anita's gloss & dried overnight.
I then gently cracked it & to emphasise
them more I added gilding wax.
Finally adding Eiffel Tower die cut, which
had also been treated with gilding wax.
Splashes of Goldshine & 21 completed the piece.

Happy Birthday, Martin!

Today is my brother in-law, Martin's birthday.
Here are two images of the card front.
The bike is heat embossed in Rangers Platinum.
I decided on two images so you could see the detail.
Depending on how the light hits, is what you see.

This image is of the inside design.

Materials used;
All Stampin'Up except
the Rangers embossing powder.
Crumb Cake/Sahara Sand
Very Vanilla cardstock.
Stamps - One Wild Ride.
