DCM Mid Week Extra - Beauty

Nothing I was working on would come together. This really is the best I can do. Papers are K&Co daisies are stamped with See d's & coloured with chalks. Beads are glued in the centres.
I really am so tired at the minute. work is manic as we head into another Bank Holiday Weekend & I only hope it all settles down by the end of this month as I lack energy to do anything once I come home!!!
Its National Scrapbooking day on Saturday & I hope to make at least one page.
However one of the reasons I am less enthusiastic these days to create is because my team mates & I have submitted our points several months in a row on the UKS forum & yet each month we have never even been entered in & our team has not featured. We are all rather tired of it now & I for one can't be bothered with it anymore.
I have quite enough on my plate with being poorly & having to work full time with no one to come home to.
I love scrapping but the challenges & raising points added a bit of fun to it all.

I totally know what it's like to not get noticed. But I try to keep my head high and realize just why i scrap. For me. My creative outlet. Give yourself time and let your creative juices flow! Plus your work is great! nice job!

Hi Paula, firstly I love your card, very pretty. I am so sorry to hear you are feeling less like doing things at the moment. The reason why you scrap is for the fun, you do some gorgeous creations, and if they haven't notice, I no I have, good luck with everything.

Paula your card is so pretty, I really like that flower stamp you've used...
it is such a shame about you & your team mates points.. what a disappointment.
I hope you can move past this, to scrap again for fun :o)

Hi Paula, God I know so well where you're coming from, having spent most of Decemeber/January/ february overworked, in pain and in a right creativity draining spot! Just trust me on this - it does get better! You are a wonderful scrapper and card maker and that shows in all your work.
TAKE CARE, CAROLINE XX

This is such a pretty card Paula.

Sorry to hear you're fed up with the UKS team thing - banging your head against a brick wall is never much fun.
Remember why you craft and keep at it.

Still?? Your points have gone unnoticed yet again?? This doesn't make any sense!!! :(

But don't let that stop you from expressing yourself and creating ... THAT would be a shame!
