Mixed Media Monday

I made this little watercolour last night for a travel project that I am creating & this morning when I checked the lastest challenge for Mixed Media Monday, I saw that it fitted the theme of Blues & Greens. I stamped the Italian Building image (Cherry Pie) in Black Versafine ink & then using a water brush (Royal & Langnickel) I watercoloured using Distress inks, Faded Jeans & Broken China for the sky. Brushed Corduroy for the building & a mix of two Adirondack dye inks for the grass, Meadow & Lettuce.

Wow, this is a beautiful water colour, Paula! Oh, by the way, when you visit the Mixed Media Monday page, on the right hand side there is a little "psst" message that let's you know in advance what the next theme will be. HTH! Diane

This s looking good Paula, water colouring is not my finest point! I have tried, but need more practice. Thanks for your comments on my recent blog posts. I's great to hear from you as you are only down the road from me. Oh and I hope you dragged yourself from your crafting and got to work on time!!!! Looking forward to more lovely projects from you.
